The following information will help you find answers to your questions:

Can I cancel if I need to?

We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to spend your holiday with us as planned. You can cancel in writing or make amendments via email at any time.

Unfortunately, we will need to charge the following cancellation fees as we are not always immediately able to reallocate the room:

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival, we will just keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.
  • From 8 to 29 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the entire booking.
  • For 7 or fewer days prior to arrival, delayed arrivals, no-shows or early departures, 100% of the booking will be due for payment.

Tip: Travel cancellation insurance may be able to reimburse the cancellation fees charged by our hotel in Bruneck.


COVID 19

In case of a COVID 19 travel restriction, we allow a cancellation period of 3 days free of charge. Valid for all reservations with arrival within 30.04.2022

Oops, I left something in the hotel – what now?

The Found & Send service by Insam Express can help here. Simply fill out the form and the found items will be sent to your address.

Which facilities do you have for children?

There are table football and table tennis facilities, plus a few board games, in the games basement. Depending on their age, we can provide a children’s bed and high chair in your room. Our kitchen is always serving up dishes that go down well with young restaurant critics.

Can I bring my pet?

No, unfortunately not. Several reasons have led us to offer a vacation without pets in South Tyrol.

What happens on the day of arrival?

Your room will be ready from 2pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6pm. Please bring a valid passport, driving licence, children’s identity card or personal ID for each of you, even the children.

What happens on the day of departure?

Nobody wants stress in the morning, so we recommend you settle the bill the evening before. We won’t start preparing the room for the next guests until 10am on your day of departure at the earliest, so it’s yours to use until then.

How can I pay?

You can pay using whichever method is most convenient for you – cash (up to € 999.99), EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

Do you have specific arrival days?

It’s ideal if you can arrive at and depart from our hotel near Bruneck at the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday), but we’re open to exceptions.

Can I book a specific room at your hotel near Bruneck?

Sometimes friendships form on holiday and guests extend their stay. In light of this, we can only guarantee a room category, not a specific room.

Is my reservation binding?

Once you send us a booking enquiry, we will send you immediate written confirmation by email, fax or post. However, your reservation will only be binding once we have received the deposit of € 200.00 per room. If this pre-payment does not reach us within 10 days, we reserve the right to allocate the room to another party.
